What is the ADRC?

The ADRC provides information and assistance to older adults, people with disabilities, their caregivers, and professionals. We connect people with resources on aging and disabilities in our 17 county service area. It is the point of entry for all Bluegrass Area Agency on Aging and Independent Living (BGAAAIL) programs.

How do I know what I qualify for?

The staff at the ADRC will complete a short assessment over the phone or in person to determine what programs may be available to you.

How do I make a referral?

Call the Aging and Disability Resource Center at 1-866-665-7921 or 859-266-1116 or e-mail adrc@bgadd.org and provide the name of the person needing services and a phone number or way to contact them. Additional information is appreciated.

Who can make a referral to the ADRC?

Anyone can make a referral to the Aging and Disability Resource Center- we work with individuals, families, caregivers, and professionals to provide resources, information, and referrals.

Professional Referrals

Professionals like social workers, case managers, community health workers, discharge planners, etc. can make a referral to the ADRC by completing the form below.
